Seems to be a few issues with them we need to look at.
1, Members have lost the ability to "cut and paste".
This can be a major issue when wanting to post links to back up arguments.
Now it does seem like video links post so the disaster is limited.
2, Their tech department is sorely lacking as far as contact with owners/admins complaints and questions.
That can be a major problem when tech support does not communicate with board owners.
3, Pro board ownership is yet another problem. I got a PM from them a few hours ago that our re-direct had been approved but their PM's do not come with a reply option to contact them.
